The bowl show is open to all members in good standing.
All entries must be in place before the meeting starts. No entries accepted after this time.
No more than 3 entries per person per month.
One fish shall constitute an entry, either egg layer or livebearer.
Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and honorable mention.
Points towards the bowl show competition shall be as follows:
1st place=7 points
2nd place=5 points
3rd place=3 points
Honorable mention=1 point
All tanks or bowls must be flat faced (i.e. drum bowl) and clean. They must be bare, no gravel, plants or backgrounds. Heaters and or filters will be permitted if necessary for the showing of very sensitive species-i.e. Discus or marine fish.
There is no charge to enter the bowl shows.”
The ribbons are awarded at the meeting and the results are printed in the following months Paradise Press.
1st. Place- Caitlin Schnuerie And Her Half Moon Blue Betta
2nd. Place- Shana Rodriguez And Her African Butterflyfish
3rd. Place- Evelyn Eagan And Her German Cherry Barb
Honorable Mention- P.J. Sciallo And His Blue Crowntail Betta
